Our Values
The Educator Community at Naavu
All our educators are dedicated to lifelong learning. They are mentors, who believe in the power of collaborative learning. Each is a graduate with a strong foundation in pedagogy, holding either IB certification or deep subject-specific expertise.
They bring diverse linguistic and cultural perspectives to the classroom, making learning truly global yet personally relevant.
From ongoing IB training to reflective practice circles and research-based methods, our educators grow alongside the children they teach. Because when teachers thrive, students do too.
